　　论文摘要：we examine how asset redeployability is associated with the risk of future stock price crashes. determining corporate risk-taking. Various robustness tests and careful considerations of endogeneity confirm our main conclusions,and find that asset redeployability is associated with a higher likelihood of just meeting or beating analyst forecasts and recording of gains from asset sales.
